We had a fun train birthday party for Bridger this year! It was the day after his birthday and we invited about 10 friends and cousins to the party. He was so excited!

These are just a few pictures of the decorations. I found this cute train party PDF online by
partiesbyhardie and just printed everything off myself. All I had to do was cut everything out and put it together.

The train cake. This definitely wasn't my best work--the blue frosting was WAY darker than I wanted and I made it at like 1:00 in the morning so I didn't really care what it looked like anymore, but the kids liked it!

The guests

We had 4 "stations" for our activities. #1 was Coloring Trains, #2 was Playing with Trains (Bridger's new train set), #3 was Pin the Caboose on the Train, and #4 was Train Storytime. We split up into little groups and went to each station. Here are Driggs and Logan at the Coloring Station.

And here's Bridger more interested in playing with his cars than coloring.

The boys loved playing with the train! BJ loved it so much that when I tried to get him to go to the next station he just screamed. So I didn't fight him and just let him play there the whole party.

Cousins

We had lunch after the activities. Here are all the cute kids who came to the party (minus Kelsey who had to leave early.)

Then we had cake. Here's Bridger blowing out his birthday candles.

Yay!

After they had cake we opened presents. I love how all the kids crowd around to help open presents! It's so cute. Bridger got some fun toys and games.

For the kids take home gifts I had an engineer hat, train whistle, and red bandana for each of them. I wanted to get a picture of all of them with their hats and bandanas on but no one would keep them on. Oh well!

I also made these little candy trains for each of the kids. They turned out pretty cute. After all the work that goes into a party it's fun to see the kids having a good time together and makes it all worth it. Thanks to everyone who came and helped make his birthday party so much fun!
